Bio
Joel joined the staff of the Office of General Counsel in April of 2024. He serves as first Contract Specialist for the office. In his role, he coordinates all activities associated with contract administration including, but not limited to, contract processing, contract monitoring and contract compliance with federal, state, and university policies and procedures.
Prior to working at SWAG视频, Joel worked as the Business Manager for the Ingram Law Firm for 8 years and then subsequently served as the General Manager of Hub Development, LLC.
Initially, Joel graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelors in Banking and Financing. In 1992, he graduated with his Juris Doctorate.
